The former breaks the rules the latter uses the rules to your advantage After conceding the first goal Curzon could have slowed the game for example by Feigning an injury....cheating. I condemn Kicking the ball into the long grass....cheating I condemn Making an immediate substitution to delay the restart...cynicism but within the rules . I would do Taking their time to get the ball back to centre circle.....cynicism but within the rules.
