  1. If any of the information were to cause financial or reputational damage to the club. If they hadn't given consent for public release they could press charges.
  2. If he hasn't expressly said they can it would possibly be considered illegal for them to do so.
  3. With all due respect Andy, I didn't ask for access to the information. I only asked if it worried you. Surely you can share your reaction, I'm sure it's not protected by GDPR.
  4. Thanks Andy I understand the reasons you can't disclose sensitive information without express consent. But can you at least tell us what you think? Did it cast a positive light on AL? Did it make you worry?
  5. How long for this? I've been checking every minute for 3 hours
  6. Only about 100 of them are active, the rest are from years ago.
  7. So there's someone from the trust helping out at the club who has conversations on the phone with AL? I thought he wasn't engaging with trust. In the interest of clarity who is the person?
