Be a disaster if we lose Iverson, Surridge, Lang and Lydon due to not having a manager in place..There will be plenty of clubs looking to give them all another loan spell..
-
Clarke now as short as 2/1 at some bookies after todays coffee meeting, im still not having it..expect a foreign manager in two weeks

Best way to get to Fulham by car?
Would prefer to park on the outskirts and get tube/train in
I was thinking the same, especially with Leeds at QPR at the same time..parking around craven cottage is meant to be permit only

Rumours on Twitter that Surridge is off to Portsmouth.
Makes perfect sense to him and Bournemouth, develop his career at a southern club with a positive mentality about the place

Lots of emotion and gloom on this thread at the moment which is ptobably justified.
However let's just get behind the team over the next 8 days and have a cracking away day at Fulham where we can really show our loyalty to the club... not AL!
Winning at Everton a few years ago was one of the best away days I've attended in 40 years, and the support that day was incredible and without doubt were a 12th man on the day.
Sometimes situations like ours do create a bit of a siege mentality and actually galvanise the club for a short period.
Everton Away was quality, made even sweeter as i attended the game with 3 mates who are all Everton fans..
As long as we attend with the nothing to lose mentality and we are all loud and proud, its a day when we can forget about all of our troubles off the pitch and get behind the lads on it.. The Fulham game isnt the one to show how pissed off people are with AL, lets enjoy it...
AL will already know he’s pissed off quite a few fans with the sacking of Bunn but it’s upto him to get the next appointment right and oversee a positive transfer window if he wants to see us get out of this pub league..

No stability in the job at all anymore and most are lucky to see out a season, Jim Bentley at Morecambe is the current longest serving manager in all four leagues and he was appointed in 2011..
Theres no loyalty in the game either and that works both ways..

But we all trusted Tony P on a regular basis.
Very true, everybody has to start somewhere..How did Mourinho go from being Bobby Robsons translator to being a manager? Everybody needs that lucky break..

Be interesting to see how many of the extra 900 tickets we sell!
I got a couple an hour before he was sacked, AL will be on the bench for this game

No way will Wild see beyond the Notts County game, we are needing new blood in January and we also need to be negotiating with the current loan players to stay for the season...Although Wild is an Oldham bloke and fan i really dont believe the step up from youth footy 12-16yr olds to the first team gives him the experience needed to be trusted with what we require in this window, hopefully the bloke gets a couple of wins because it will be totally unfair for him to be the next one potted when this role has been sprung on him.

its not the fact he has a badge vs not having a badge. its how a bunch of pro players will react to whose in charge. clarke would surely get a better respone. imagine being a player and being dropped by wild or told to do something you dont agree with. he may be right but will he be able to get that from the team. im not sure. as a min clarke or another senior player should be involved and the club should not be putting wild in this position. im sure he'll love it whatever happnes as anyone one of us would getting chance to manage a league game but club are hardly helping him. bad move for me and senior player should have taken team
Wasnt Nigel Adkins the physio at Scunny before taking over as manager?

Owen Coyle has been backed in to 2/1 with sky bet. I Really hope some punters are going to lose their money backing him because i couldnt think of anything worse.

It's in Abdallah interest now to get a new competent management team in place as quickly as possible. He then needs to appoint a head of youth development and a CEO to steady the ship and then take a step back and let them run the club. Something I don't have a lot of confidence in him to do.
He wants to do everything on his own and do it his own way, i wonder how many people are actually employed at BP now compared to when Corney was there, he is cutting costs but also cutting corners which is only going to harm himself in the long run.

What fans can do is usually in 3 steps
1. Banners chants at the match telling making their displeasure audible to the owner.
2. If that doesn't work crank the protests up Marches pitch invasions attempts to confront the owner.
3. If these don't work vote with their feet refuse to attend home games or any game at all until owner leaves or even start a Phoenix club.
If the club goes bust then Abdullah loses his investment as will Blitz Gazal and Corney who will then own a football stadium with no team to play in it. They will only have themselves to blame for what will be there loss.
All too familiar at Blackpool, Blackburn and Charlton but the honest truth is without this nutjob buying us from Corney then we might already have gone under..
We are in a sad sorry state and losing money by the bucket load each month, i wonder if AL now realises Corney dropped something in his drink before asking him to sign on the dotted line..
imagine if we do start protesting and he then says right you dont appreciate me clearing all of your debts, im not funding you and he cuts his losses, puts us up for sale again and stays in Dubai as the debts rise again..
-
People will start getting fed up with the ongoing circus and the pay on the dayers will stop attending, not much income from the likes of forest green and Yeovil visiting us in January which will have a knock on effect with bills and wages being paid on time AGAIN..

There's always money in January lads.
Statement by Chef Simon Wood on twitter about the clown AL not paying his way:
The club take the money from the hospitality sales, they’ve had it already. OEC provide a match day service and are continually not reimbursed....
Same as the deductions for cooking for the players who have money taken from their wages for breakfast and lunch. OEC provide for £0

Any comments from the Trust?
Probably the same as the previous 9 months “we found out at the same time as every other supporter when the club released the statement”.. I feel for those in the trust, a thankless task and they must be banging there heads against the wall with this nutjob at the helm..
