  1. Surely a topic entitled 'Lanzoni' is more relevant than 'Trialist centre back still at club' which offers no clue as to the bloke signing...just saying.

Through topics posted, videos uploaded and banter shared, to be spoke to like that is upsetting.

Well you can go :censored: yourselves, I won't be posting anymore.

Please don't go Alex, I like reading your posts...

  4. How far do you want to go back? Shall we say last 10 =12 years that TP has been here?

Off the top of my head and besides the 2 you mention, Neal Trotman (PNE when in the Championship) Tom Eaves (sold for £300K to Bolton) Scott Vernon (Aberdeen) Will Haining (Scots Prem) Mark Teirney (Norwich) Andy Hughes (Reading, Leeds etc in the Champ) Danny Philliskirk (Chelsea) , Scott Spencer (Everton) MICAH RICHARDS, Scott Vernon (Aberdeen) Tarky. We've also turned down £400K for Dave Mellor and Carl Winchester 2 years ago.

We're even cloaning players now, oh i'm only joking :-)

Tarky has been quality this season, one or two things to work on, but we've got a very decent player there, I like how he's filled out as well so he's not easily bullied off the ball.

One aspect of his game i'd like to see improve (and i'm well aware that he's a DEFENDer and not an ATTACKer, but he's had in the region of 3 or 4 (probs more tbh) chances in the 6 to 10 yard area where the balls been straight on his head and he's headed it miles over or wide. If he could convert some of these chances, we'd have a real top offensive weapon in our armoury there, that offers something different from set plays etc.

  5. I know it's a bit early, but this could be revisited in say a month, 2 months etc and see how people's opinions either drastically change or stay the same.

    Rate each out of 10.

Jonson Clarke-Harris - 5 - Looked bright so far but injury has hampered his early progress.

James Dayton - 6 - Looks to have bags of pace, and can whip a mean ball in, but hasn't really produced too much of an end product so far.

Sidney Schmeltz - 4 - Couple of step overs against Walsall, then ballooned a great chance over the bar, not been impressed.

Korey Smith - 8 - Really took on the responsibility of the captaincy, always looking for the ball and trying to make us tick, quality player.

Mark Oxley - 5 - Steady enough, but at fault for the penalty against Posh, no need to take the striker down, also really lacking in tempo for me, particularly against Walsall when we were so slow, he seemed to take an age to get the ball moving again.

Charlie MacDonald - 7 - Been very bright, won both penalties at Stevenage and scored a nice goal on Saturday, definite team player.

Anton Rodgers - 5 - Hard to rate him as he hasnt really featured, but looked bright against Walsall when he came on, looks to be a player in there somewhere and he's waiting patiently for a chance.

    Edijs Joksts - Not featured.

Adam Rooney - 5 - Harsh maybe, but he's here to score and he hasn't done that yet, can't fault his effort though and he's definitely been starved of service, maybe we'll see him open his account against Port Vale.

Think that's everyone but Joseph Hills. But I haven't seen him play yet.

  6. Aren't most views?

That, politely, is a totally :censored:ing ridiculous statement.

    You're entitled to a view.

    She's entitled to a view.

The price of the ticket does not inhibit the right to say what you think.

    That made me chuckle.

Fair do's, I just found it uncomfortable reading, that people who were so staunch in their opinion, felt they had to back track/apologise just because a players wife didn't like a few home truths, that weren't even aimed at her but aired on a message board that is surely created for the very purpose to air your view???

Plus, I believe that the amount you spend does give you more of a right, surely if you travel all round the country going to every game, and spend an absolute fortune, you feel you have more of a right to have a pop at a player who has had a shocker, who's wife only watches when a complimentary ticket has been sourced at the ticket office?
