John Sheridan new manager of Waterford FC.
Swindon's Chairman is also the Chairman at Waterford. Richie, Tommy and Shez all on his books. Good midfield.

Has Zac Clough arrived yet or is he stuck in a taxi with Leon Clarke
No goals in that team, powder puff midfield who cant dominate a game despite having two holding midfielders and a defence that's made of biscuits.
Let's face it the recruitment has been a joke and one of the only decent signings is stopping Hamer from developing and keeping him on the bench, there is little point blaming the coaching team because they are just the pupoets in this whole farce and they are working under near impossible conditions.
Agreed. It seems the general consensus is the players and coaching staff are here because they’ve been given the chance to be here. Whether they’re capable or not is not for them to determine. The fault, if they’re not up to scratch, lies with the owner and Sporting Director who are responsible for recruitment. Whether you/I think they should be held accountable now, or at the end of the window, we all know where blame lies if the team remains where it is in the table.

How is Egert the saviour, who is Marshal and in what world would Clarke come here?
A midfield marshal/enforcer, perhaps.

Remember Currie scoring a brace at Sheffield Wednesday in the promotion season.
He got our first. Nicky Henry got the second. The brace that day was from Shez.

Support: Oldham
Go to watch: FC Zurich (closest team)
FCZ could yet sneak into Europe going into Saturday's final game having been worrying about relegation until only a couple of weeks ago. Such is the nature of the Super League.
Lost 3-0 at Luzern last night which didn't help the cause and now need to win on Saturday and hope other results go their way. Barring a miracle it's been a fairly disappointing season. Grasshoppers are down though, so happy days.
Tenuous link to Latics - Mohamed Maouche's younger brother Yassin plays for FCZ's reserves.

Ask 100 football fans from across the country what colour they associate with each of the 92. For Oldham, they'll say blue.

For a long time after his two penalties at Hillsborough in 1990/91, I hated John Sheridan.

Ticket prices out for Fulham
10 & 5 quid seems a bit too cheap for a third round FA Cup fixture to me if we're trying to maximise our cup revenue.
Offer to pay what you see fit, Bob. I'm sure the club won't turn you away.

The sale agreement did cover unexpected costs arising. They will still fall on the club though, it's then a case of trying to recover the money, which probably will happen when Satan skis to work
Thanks for the info LL. For his sake and the club’s I hope the agreed mechanism provides a decent chance of some recompense.

As a successful businessman who can afford to piss £3million on a far flung football club, no doubt any unexpected costs incurred post takeover will be covered by the PSA he made Corney sign. Or maybe not.

Macclesfield away is a top away.
Won’t have to loan out Hamer, Edmundson, Stott ‘for experience’ we can just do it ourselves.
Couple of quick seaside visits to Morecombe and Grimsby.
Probably have a fair fight and then a pint with the locals in Newport.
Reasonable journey times to Vale, Mansfield, Crewe, Carlisle.
Maybe renew rivalries with the ‘posh’ bin dippers.
Novelty trip to Forest Green.
That’s all I’ve got, feel free to chip in..
Looking forward to it!
Just a shame there are 23 home games to get in the way of all the fun along the way.
