  1. Taht`s crap mate, we should have been 4-0 down by HT alone, they hit the post, they had 2 or 3 cleared off the line, they missed 2 decent efforts when they were easier to atleast the target!

Im by no means a Shez outer, however today that was really awful. The first 10 mins of the second half we looked better and i thought we were in with a chance, but we didnt look like scoring in a month of sundays to be honest.

    .

Deserved a draw??? we deserved nothing from todays game.

  2. I'm not talking about the performance, but we all know, shez will be here until the end of the season at the very least, he won't resign and will not be sacked until then, so why go on about it?

I have a right to vent my frustration., sack him now as he wont be here in the summer.

The man is :censored: clueless. I wouldnt mind if he showed some kind passion but he was just motionless on the touchline.

They could have won 4.0 today, some of you happy clappers need to wake up

  3.

    Here they come!

listen here nobby, I am sick of hearing the exuses and with todays attendence people are voting by not turning up,

I cant really remember the last time wr played well at home and I am F..... OFF at losing against bottom half medicore teams..

    No passion

    No ambition

    No guile

    No spirit

    No formation

    No communication

  4. Agree 100% OS

We debated on here for days after the S/Port incident, how could it happen?, who was to blame?, but one thing we all agreed on

was that the s/port fans involved were out of order.

A fan celebrating his team scoring a goal (in whatever stand) should not result in him being punched, kicked and spat at.

I watch my fair share of non-league footie and part of the enjoyment of the day is having light hearted banter with the opposition fans.

I really despair at the actions of some supporters.....

If it was in the upper white block there are a few who would take pleasure in having fistycuffs...

  5. You are right about the management thing. It is not something that comes naturally, but the sooner people realise that they are paid to...

    1, Make difficult decisions

2, Act upon ill discipline or unacceptable performance immediately

3, Realise that you can't do everything yourself

    4, Treat people with dignity

5, Understand "What is in it for him (or her)

6, Set a high standard and demand that it is met

then the better a man manager they will be.

I agree that Shez would probably benefit by having a mentor. Maybe someone who is experienced in the game, maybe got a team out of this division. maybe someone who Shez knows and trusts. Perhaps someone who lives in Shaw and has no hair......you never know.

I often think that there are so many managerial "casualties" in football because (as often happens in business) the better performers are the ones who get the manager job, rather than the people who are natural leaders. After all, to be a player of Shez's class and quality you surely need to be selfish and focused on your own and not other people's abilities - Jose Mourinho NEVER played the game at a professional level after all.

PS That's what wives are for

yawn,,,, u really have to much time on your hands

  6. It was subject to conversatio last night along with some Tics that we acually looked more balanced with Taylor yesterday.

When we play 442 players are always looking for him as an outlet and subsequently he is always double marked. Liked the 443 yesterday as defenders couldnt pick up smalley ,.I have said all season I would like Taylor to play in that role as he showed last week at Leicester, when he came inside he ran them ragged.

  7. Not wishing to speak to soon but if if it was this time last year Taylor and Hughes would have been sold on January 1st, not wishing to make light of the current economic climate but maybe its been a blessing in disguise to help keep our key players.

Now onto Hughes and I know its been going on but did someone mention his deadline day was last week?. I cant see him being here next season as he will probably leave for free in the summer. Hopefully this will give him the will to get us out of this division.

    anyway .. come on oldham
