Probably, but zero chance of it being sorted in time for next season's season tickets.

The rugby are offering finance for season tickets - get them to sell ours 😂.

*Sorry 6 monthly installments rather than finance - that'd do for us though!

My current senior ticket at £175 works out at £7.61 a match which is, I believe, ridiculously low and appears to be one of the cheapest if not the cheapest in the division.

Typical - first season I can get a concessionary ticket and it will end up near enough what I paid this season! Never mind Frank deserves some loyalty.

I don’t want him sacked. I want the players to take responsibility. You the amount of times I’ve watched Nathan Sheron knock it around the corner to the centre backs head is fucking embarrassing.

I don't want him sacked (yet) but he's brought 7 or 8 players in and still not fixed the midfield and right back issues. We needed 2 or 3 nailed on starters not the likes of Hammond who could be decent in 12 months or Conlon who's was decent 2 years ago. Too much reliance on crocked or past it ex EFL players when we see good young players in other teams who are better! Absolute joke if we miss out on the playoffs.

I thought Hogan did well at RWB on Saturday but not sure if he's got the legs for it every three or four days, might be another chance for Sutton.

Conlon needs to play as does Norwood but it's who to play with them as others have done little wrong.

Not sure on Conlon - apart from Barnet he's provided nothing and is another who can't run. Hope that's just match fitness and he improves but it's a worry at the minute.

They ran at us last season here, particularly the left winger Bridge.

We must be on the front foot this time and not sit deep  inviting them on.

I see my recommendation young centre back Adam Crowther should start for Southend and it will be interesting to see how he copes with our experienced strikers. Whatever happens he's one for the future in the Tarky mould.

Got to watch him on set plays though as he's a knack of scoring goals.

Didn't @Glossop Shrimper say Crowther was injured?

Fondop didn't do owt wrong Saturday to merit being dropped.

I don't think Conlon, Garner or Hogan justify a place based on Saturday.  Sheron had a bad game, but can come up with a goal/assist which probably keeps him in.

Conlon was in the gym this morning so might be doubtful for tomorrow - Hope and Reid still in there along with Forshaw who has a cast on his leg!

I think between here and Twitter/X there has been plenty of overreaction to today

We're in late February, not early September, we know what this team is by now.

We're a team of grafters who will play direct, have little if no creativity and going to struggle at home against lower placed teams as a result

We know we're paying the price for allowing Unsworth to have the first 10 games and, more crucially, the summer transfer window

We're going to continue to pay that price until we have had probably 2 summer transfer windows, so although it's definitely not been pretty, for Mellon to get 2 ppg with the current squad is decent

True but he's brought in Stones, Conlon, Walker, Sachdev, Hammond and Garner when we should have brought in 3 nailed on starters. His recruitment has been poor so far.

Frank is a passionate man, he has to say to MM today  particularly under the circumstances was totally unacceptable and has to change.

We can't keep having performances like that.

Most of the squad aren't good enough BP. Luckily 8-10 are out of contract at the end of the season but bar Stones the recruitment of MM has been just as bad as Unsworth's. We should still make the playoffs but at the minute we're nowhere near being good side even at this level.

We are light in respect of game changers on the bench. Bit surprised Hallam Hope seems to have drifted out of the picture. Although game changer might be a bit of a stretch his legs and engine have been used to good effect late on in games. Haven't seen Atherton play but also noticed he was in the 18 at Maidenhead on Saturday.

Hope was in the gym last week with physio so probably not available.

Probably agree. Grovesy was the most skilful player I`ve ever seen (nobody comes anywhere near him in my lifetime in terms of dribbling ability) but his crossing wasn't the best from my memory as a young lad watching him. Rick Holden was an incredible crosser of the ball and must have created lord knows how many assists. With regards "pleasing to the eye" and often worth paying your entrance money just to watch them alone, we've not really had that many over the years. I'd say:-

    Alan Groves

    Simon Stainrod

    Andy Ritchie

Carl Valentine - was delightful to see him almost single-handedly demolish some Scottish team, when he came on as a sub in the Anglo-Scottish cup back in the old days.

We`ve obviously had other fine players (e.g. John Sheridan) and some excellent teams under the likes of Jimmy Frizz and Joe Royle but, for individual brilliance, those 4 stand out for me.

Billy Johnston would have been a great player but never fully recovered from a broken leg courtesy of dirty barsteward Dickie Rooks (I think) from Middlesbrough.
