I remember Shez had this lad on trial for a month or so from Radcliffe and reports suggested he was making a good impression.

 

Can anybody remember why he wasn't signed up?

 

Looks like he could be another Trotman with the Rochdale coaching staff predicting a possible premiership player on their hands!!!

Shez didn`t rate him at all tbh, didnt think he was good enough. It was abit of a harsh decision as he picked up an injury quite early on during his time with us, which didnt help him. I was delighted when i heard we`d got him on trial, and said it at the time, and still do, that he should have been given a one year deal. His wages would have been peanuts!

No he didn`t break his leg at all. He did suffer an injury early on with us, but it wasn`t a broken leg. He was snapped up by Dale not long after we told him no thanks.

Ok, i can understand them being banned from the lounge .. theres own way in, you need passes etc. However, Penney banning them from the ground makes no sense! What does anyone gain from this, unless theyve been abusive or what not. Plus, unless he`s at every turnstile it`s a hard thing to enforce! Maybe theyve been told they cant enter the lounge, and have maybe interpreted this the wrong way, and they then thought they were banned from the ground!
