Unchanged??????
Woow!
-
That felt like the Chaddy of old. Great initiative by the club
-
Thing is football isn't played on paper. We'll pick up some surprise points and drop some where we should get all three.
-
Split the Chaddy between home and away fans. Best of both worlds
-
got to say O4U deserves his own brick for this.
-
I heard Madine is going to Carlisle. Can we step in? Would LJ want to?
-
There was a cheer in the Chaddy End today when he found a blue shirt with a pass. About an hour in...

I remember us shipping 6 at home to Aston Villa in monsoon conditions as a young kid. Stayed until the bitter end with my grandparents really wanting to get home soaked to the skin but fair play to them we stayed!!
-
I remember Fitz Hall stepping up in the last minute when no one else wanted to, to give us a 1-0 win. Can't remember the opposition but it was a good penalty.
Think that was Mansfield away. Great following that day I seem to remember. Not just numbers - support too.

He's not short of confidence in front of goal, his record shows that
He's an electrician by trade, so that income combined with part time football wages and expenses may amount to more than most Division One clubs can pay.
That's not to say he wouldn't have a go at league football if offered the chance.
I guess he can always be an electrician again if things didn't work out for him at Latics. Depends on his outlook I suppose. One thing is for sure, he would work hard to be a success. Nothing like need rather than greed to spur a bloke on!
-
Maybe he isn't too confident in his own ability??
-
Heard Gregory has a decent day job with decent pay. Add to that his wages from Halifax then he might be too expensive...
-
-
Think Rooney will head up north. But who knows?
-
If we're relying on a 2nd choice goalkeeper to come in the team and sort out our goal scoring problem then we're beyond saving.
That's not what I meant haha.
We could stick him up top though... I hear we put Oxley up for a corner today.
-
How much do Halifax want for Gregory?
Millar the other way? Might reduce any asking price
-
Wow that esculated
Tremendously some would say!
-
Oxley's the least of our worries at the minute...
I do agree Oxley has done ok and can't do much more, but would the experience of Rachubka help on the pitch?

If he was raping young supporters in the toilets he'd be a :censored: house.
If he's a tad ashamed after a disappointing result he's not a :censored: house.
Being acknowledged by the players at the end of the game is not, in the great scheme of things, high up on the priorities list. Nice. The right thing to do. But not essential.
Perspective.
Eh? Perspective? Physician heal thyself haha! :-D

Fair play I didn't get there today so yes. If we score 1 or 2 we can afford the odd defensive lapse can't we? Its a funny thing but score goals and most other things take care of themselves. Opponent's heads go down etc
We do need a shoot on sight policy/ striker. Even if we hit the stand roof with a few. the players shouldn't be afraid to shoot in front of their own fans
-
Bit harsh calling Smith a :censored:house, but if it helps vent your frustration...
True. Not nice to take abuse after pulling your tripe out for ninety odd minutes I don't suppose. But he is the captain.
I do think they all give 100% to a man - unlike recent teams - so really they should be backed by us fans. We have to score more goals that is it. We are making chances so its down to the strikers!
-
Smith at right back in that team, some say you can't take him out of midfield, but why not? its not working at present and he's still good enough to do a good job at right back.
4-1-3-2 formation.
We seem to miss Wes when he is out. But as you say Smith? Mellor and Brown on the bench? Start with an truly attacking line-up
