If shez had any bollocks he would've done what Phil Brown did, "Don't bother going down the tunnel lads, you've not earnt a break." Instead as he didn't want to upset his chums, he was first down the tunnel. Same failings Ritchie had, great player, nice guy but FAR too friendly with his players, meaning failure is inevitable. How do you bollock or get the players to take you seriously when you socialise with them? Same for you Mr. Corney?

How can you dress down/manage/discipline the player if only hours or days before been breaking club rules with them in a pub or club like Shez and Corney do ?

yep im being picky when people start saying Gregan was immense hazell was immense ill agree there but gregan made the same mistakes he allowed parker to much room on the left in the 1st half to make lomax who was struggling already struggle even more. Gregan can do a job still he needs to remember sometimes the golden rule ! If in doubt bang it out not launch it sky high putting your teams mates under pressure

i feel totally confident that lee hughes will be staying at boundary park.

the club has gone a further mile now by offering him a decent wage until he probably nears retirement age.

Cant understand why we have bought O'Grady and keep Davies the club must have a buyer lined up ?
