Couldn't make the game yesterday but having read the reports it sounded good. however Harry's comments have given me some hope for the rest of the season. I've been convinced that our problems in consistency have not been our forwards but our lack of creation in midfield - sometimes patience is the key - and our poor balls from full back. No doubt we will miss him a lot, the balance he brought to the side was evident, I can't believe some people criticised him especially when selected ahead of Lomax. To all those who said Lomax never put a foot wrong last week check out their penalty again. He is ball watching and doesn't appear to see the guy float past him, that's where we miss Gregan for his bollockings. Add that to his lack of overlapping & passing ability and you will see why Lomax for Jones = one more reason why we'll remain in this division next season.

Looking at the gaffer's comments in the Chron about Lomax ( I thought I was reading about Cafu) it looks like Shez is looking at shipping Eardley out too. How else can he justify the praise on Lomaxs' performance last night?
