I have watched since 1976, Others longer than me.

Other than the Royle era and the odd cup upset its been pretty pants.

If you weren't witness to the Royle era i can tell you it was fantastic. 

I feel for the younger fan and sort of understand were you are coming from.

So onto now, any chance of something big, we should grasp because it might be a long time before something similar comes along, if ever.

Thats a solid team with a spine which would offer much more up top than we have been producing.

No point playing big lumps up top if they offer nothing.

Maouche is a good technical player who needs better players in front of him.

Baxter was a good player and if fully fit would do a job but for now Maouche is streets ahead of him.

I respect your opinion but I disagree.

2 new decent forwards and players in their best positions would see a massive change in fortunes. The squad has some decent players for this level they just need to be played in a way that makes us a threat going forward.

I think going forward is our main area of concern, goalkeeper is fine, defence is fine, midfield is fine also, up top we have nothing.

2 good players off being a force in this division.

Fine margins, consistency and confidence along with scholes to teach them basic football.
