Thanks.. Another miracle needed then

Where did Gatesheads miracle working manager go to then ?

I am hopeful, that this Christmas is where Latics push on. If we have a good festive season, we will be in the mix at the season end play offs. If not, it will be another wasted season. tomorrow 3-0 Latics.

its totally Unsworths fault. ridiculous to assemble such a squad and play it like he did.
on reflection lm glad he didnt stay on board for a full orbit around the sun.
Yes, as time rolls on, Unsworths time here looks more and more of a disaster. No experience, and no idea. However, Norwood looks better and better in each game. Oh, and he has found out how to smile again.

I gave up the TV licence more than three years ago. Don't miss it at all. YouTube's fine.
We gave it up 20 years ago, don't miss it one jot.
The thought of some of my hard earned, going to multi millionaire news readers, and the likes of Lineker still upsets me.
Just glad we don't contribute anymore.

Nuttall had an absolute shocker. And just like most of the fans, I think the boss may have seen enough of him.
I think that from now on he will a last resort. I will be glad to see the back of him.

Last time I saw him was York away last year, he looked erm, stocky, shall we say…
Credit to the lad, he has lost a hell of a lot of beef.

One thing for sure, we cannot afford to get the managers job appointment wrong again.
Did Frank and his family assume that we would be carried along on the crest of the new local ownership wave.
Because of this, did Frank, Darren, Joe and the Rothwell family show a lack of judgement, and due diligence in appointing someone with zero knowledge of the league that we play in. And very little experience of managing in mens football. And so it came to pass that it has ended up a disaster.
We need to get the next appointment right, otherwise we are destined to spend years toiling to get out of this league.
It's a tough ask, and I don't envy the club coming up with the right answers. Lets just hope, that good fortune is heading our way some time soon.

Recruitment since the last manager arrived has been way below what is required.
And now we are seeing the results of that process.
It's bordering on criminal.

Did Green play?
Green is a classic example of why we are simply ordinary. One decent 15 minutes every 5 games.
A permanent fixture in the team, but nowhere near good enough.

Did you score at football, or was it a sexual experience ?

Strange game really. More like a practice match, will both teams passing the ball a lot without really going anywhere.
Not much atmosphere in the ground, the whole thing had a pre season feel to it.
BUT, 4 goals for, and none against and 3 points. So ever onward.

Yep, well earned. I like him a lot, no frills, but always pulls his tripe out for the team.
