How? It’s a limited liability company. The liability of directors is limited to the amount of their financial injection to the company. So if they paid a pound for their shares then that’s their liability. I might be wrong but im sure someone with accountancy experience will be able to clarify. I seriously doubt she risks anything like bankruptcy.
