Wolfenden to Springhead.
would he catch

Mildenhall was world class compared to Ironside, Chris Day, and Stuart Naylor.
Will never forget Chris Day in the game at Barnsley 4 shots across him into the bottom corner all lacked power, all ended up in the back of the net.
Miskelly is slaughtered because of that mistake in the playoffs.. he was quality at Derby County in the League Cup. Although they're probably the only 2 games he played for us lol.
but in comparison to crossley he doesnt come anywhere near
-
Thats a false question since we've only had two real first choice keepers in 10 years, Gary Kelly and Pogs, but he's better than
Chris Day
David Miskelly
Stuart Naylor
And a whole host of keepers we've had on loan apart from Lee Grant.
not like u diego but u left out MIldenhall - now that was useless

coiming to Tics in the first place,
-
Nicky "Banger & Mash"
Greg "Fleming Whopper"
with a bit of Phil Salt & pepper and Paul Allot of chips to go with them.
washed down with a pint of graemes harps

excited about sat anyway ,but id thr starting line-ip has omeod and hughes up front this will make it even more so and I awee no reason as to why that wont happen
Gregs to come back in to lead the defence -
as already mentioned a strong bench no matter wot - personally Fleming. Byrne, Maher, Smalley and Allesandra shoeuld grace it.
but no complaints if lomax davies or Ogrady where there
-
Are you missing a finger? Shocking spelling.
yes u are quite right suprised its not been picked up b4
-
tics 2 leicester 1

if you talking bout great drummers surely rick allen from def leppard deserves s a mention especially as he lost his arm in a car accidentanyay getting back on Topic I have been lucky see some of the Greatest drummers of all timeJohn BonhamCozy PowellNeil PeartIan Paice..........and not least Young Josh Not seen Keith Moon , Ginger Baker ................any more I have missed ? -
I think Hughes and Omerod upfront will be as good as any strike partnership in this division.....
i agree although daviess an highes works omerod is a much bette playe than davies and i an see any beter partnership in thi division than hughes and omerod
-
yes, I was getting confused with Josh Bonham - didn't he play with John Paul Jones in Manfred Man?
john bonham played wirh john paul jones in led zepplin, this is different person to the paul jones that ws rhe lwead singer of manfred mann

thought the penalty given was vey harsh on hereford if it would of been the other way i woud of been sceaming blue murder at the ref, thought we had a better shout in the second half ,hughes dive in th middle of the pitch was very funny but he was lucky not to be booked
-
confident we will win both homegames and then with one win out of the two away games think it will be brizzle 9 points will b great
-
He looked very solid today and hasn't conceded in a goal in the League for us yet, hasnt put a foot wrong so surely should be first choice ahead of Calamity Crossley now.
cant believe we started the get rid of crossley thread again, he is a far better keeper than fleming and deserves to be number one yeah flemings ok but not to be placed in front of crossley - wot doees he have do to win over all those doubting thomas's who reckon crossley is :censored:

Great find Mr Sideburns. I were in the CE that day.
Dunno about the fella getting battered tho, if you watch the clip when Leicester score there are quite a few of their lot in the main stand paddock, most at the CE corner.
I could only remember 2 things about that game prior to watching the highlights. One was Darren McDonugnuts volley which I always recall as being from inside our half, its not though. Also at the end there was quite a lot of Leicester on the pitch and as we were making our way out of the Chaddy on the car park side a large group of them set off right towards us, I can remember thinking "ohhhhhhhhhh shhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttttttttttttt", but all of a sudden our lot on t'other side of the Chaddy started singing "c'mon Leicester" and Leicester turned as a pack towards the other corner of the Chaddy!
There is loads of room on the RRE, sold out my aris. I remember Bolton filling it, in '78 when the capacity was 30000 or so and the official crowd was given as 22000 or summat daft, the ground was packed solid, where another 8000 would have gone is anybodies guess. Other than Citeh (but that was the later fenced in RRE) can't think of anybody else filling it, not even Manyounighted in the mid season friendly (ies?) we had against them in the early 80's.
maybe im wrong but west brom springs to mind the late 70s and sheff wed in the mid 80s

good job well done

nice dive from hughes

sat in the RRE and we had one old winging get dat two rows behind that nver stopped whinging from the 1st moment till the final whistle, was ridiculous reallyfor instnce when jones scored he see he should of crossed it absolute pathetic, my mate sat behind me was seething and bit his tonge for th ebst part of an hour. dont for one minute think he will come on here but if he does he will know who he is,
as for booing out of order and some of the fans that did must of been with those idiots tht booed cole yesterday
