  1. Good. He's knocking on a bit but I'd class him as better than what we've got.
  2. Should we run future posts by you for approval via PM?
  3. me neither but, if he could get £500k and be able to reinvest it all.............??
  4. GK Fleming/Brill? RB Holdsworth/Purdie/Lomax/Lee LB Jacobson/Black CB Gregan CB Hazell - RW Smalley/Colbeck/Millar CM Stephens CM Worthington/Furman/Purdie/Holdsworth/Lee LW Taylor/Colbeck ST Abbott ST Dickov/Eaves/Brooke/Allessandra I can see him having a right clearout - Lomax, Brill, Jacobson, Worthington, Furman, Purdie, Colbeck, Taylor ( ), Allessandra and Smalley could all be moved on in my opinion. A decent new Centre Back, Centre Mid, Left winger and a Striker could easily be brought in if we got rid of 6 of those 10 - Taylor, Smalley and Furman we could probably get money for.
  5. is it true he fished for them years ago but they made him leave because he was :censored:e whereas now, although no Keith Arthur, he's an unspectacular though very consistent angler?
  6. but considering the percentage of moaners on here is higher than it is in the "real world" it's an even more resounding endorsement.
  7. or factor out those that shouldn't be allowed to
  8. don't worry, I'm sure we'll sign a few Joeys aswell before the season kicks off
  9. i'd imagine now that Gray's gone it's definitely a done deal, whatever that means. is pen and ink always necessary in 2010????
  10. somewhere without fax machines/internet/post????
  11. we were utterly toothless upfront last season, let's hope our Penetration will be Doubled
  12. is the thing at the Lancaster Club today?? nothing on the official site.
  13. assuming it is Dickov, what would convince you to get a half season ticket come January???
  14. teams often play in the mould of their manager - that would mean attacking, high tempo, aggressive & annoying the **** out of the opposition if a Dickov teams style of play matched his own. if he comes as player manager, granted his best days are behind him but he'll still be better than the rest of our forward line barring Abbott. as well documented on here the last few weeks - we've tended to be better with inexperienced managers & it was certainly more entertaining under them. that's why I'm happy with his appointment.
