  1. i'd say Rachubka was the best keeper we had this decade, but he was never our player so doesn't get in for me
  2. he'd be one of 3 at home and could hold it up for runners from the wings and midfield away.
  3. can't believe how few of you have gone for Murray
  4. GK Pogs RB Eardley LB Armstrong CB Gregan CB Hall RW Murray LW Eyres CM Sheridan CM Wellens CF Hughes CF Porter
  5. i've been thinking........ if he doesn't have a clear out and has to make do and in the unlikely event they're all fit, we're quite overloaded with centre mids and our wingers are crap. how about..... GK Brill/Fleming RB Lomax/Lee/Holdsworth/Purdie CB Gregan CB Hazell/A N Other LB Black/Jacobson CM Lee/Purdie CM Stephens/Furman CM Worthington/Holdsworth Upfront - Abbott/Dickov/Eaves through the middle with Taylor/Smalley/Millar/Colbeck either side. I'd start Taylor, Abbott and Eaves for home games in a rigid 4-3-3 and maybe use Smalley or Millar away on the right of the 3 and revert to 4-5-1 without the ball. Dickov to come off the bench. wot U reckon?

  13. i'm happier not having a clue what Adebayor is saying than understanding Martin O'Neill loud and clear
  14. are BBC and ITV gonna give the gushing and politics a rest and get on with the football??? and surely there must be a way of giving us vuvuzela free viewing via the red button??
  15. did you have a quiet night with all the empty seats or was it your fault there were so many empty seats??
