Right, next time I'm on the lookout for a syphonic roof drainage installation I'll remember to discount organisations that pander to braying mobs.
Brilliant!

As mentioned before, the simple solution to this is to form a breakaway supporters group. True fans' representation through democratically elected roles.
Anyone?

Signed now over 6000 tells it's own story.
Didn't realise we had 6,000 fans?!

Sorry - I'm a bit late to the party.
It's not great publicity signing a convicted rapist, just like it wasn't great publicity signing Lee Hughes.
However, from a purely football perspective, we're skint and we need a striker.
I can see both sides of the argument and will continue to support OAFC, whatever the decision may be.

You paid to watch a game in Milton Keynes. If you're after a refund, your money has been handed over to MK Dons.
Give them a buzz and let us know how you get on.

The official Twitter account makes for different reading. Says LJ followed by the players went over to apologise to the fans. Can you elaborate?

Let. The. Over. The. Top. Reactions. Begin....
Think someone's after a few chomps.

Totally unacceptable performance.
Four centre backs in the starting line up at home to 23rd in the league? Some serious questions need to be answered.

According to the viewing figures 700,000 people watched us get knocked out of the JPT against Chesterfield. Nearly 7 million watched beat Liverpool and about 6 million watched us draw with Everton.
They definitely didn't tune in to watch Liverpool or Everton. Just Oldham.
-
Who wants to watch Oldham?!

Ugly game but a win's a win. Cabbage FC away followed by a biggun in the 3rd round, please.

I've not been this gutted since Gareth Gates came second.

I think membership schemes are supposed to be banned - be interested to know which clubs are running them and how they work.
The reasoning was that turn up on the day supporters from both sides should be charged the same price for the same standard of facilities. If one group has a membership system that allows a lower on the day purchase, then that is unfair. A season ticket is "paid in advance" and apparently is OK.
The DD option for STs is a good one, and one that I think the club should at, and any offer that allows people to get part ST or 10 match vouchers etc are a great idea but they would have to offer a rate that is no better (and probably slightly worse) than a full Season Ticket price. As a ST holder myself I wouldn't mind if any offer allowed the same price per game as my ST, but I understand that some will feel aggrieved.
A simple search on Google proves membership schemes at football clubs are very much alive and kicking (excuse the Halloween pun).
From what I can see, as long as the ticket is purchased in advance then there's no reason a membership system can't be introduced.

My situation - cricket season overlaps with football season so I'd never get a season ticket but want to go to most home games.
Solution - a simple membership scheme. £20 membership up front for the season.
Benefits? Reduces entry to £20 instead of £22, free Trust membership and a birthday card from Uncle Simon.
Oh, and second dibs at juicey cup games.

There's a full thread of willing buyers here...

EDIT: just noticed you've also posted in there
Messaged a few interested people off that thread but nothing. Bizarre.

Yes please
I sent you a direct message earlier this evening but have had no response?

First come, first served. Looking for face value. Can't go due to work commitments. Please reply on this thread or inbox me directly. Had no success (strangely) on the ticket request thread hence new thread.

Good read, that.

Sorry...
We can't find the page

The drum suggestion has gone down a treat on their forum:
'Jesus Wept, a truly shocking suggestion. It's bad enough having to go to the games as it is without some :censored:er banging away on a drum all game. There was an absolutely fantastic atmosphere at the last home game, best there has been for ages, and we still got paggered.'

Hi all. Got a ticket but might not be able to go due to work commitments. Only the one, though, if that's any use to anyone. Looking for face value only. Will be able to confirm before 8pm.

Slightly disappointed with the crowd, more so with the away following. Expected nearer 7k than 6k.

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly are you painting / drawing?

I presume you paid him much more than £22?
