-
I still remember winchesters cracker v mkdons a few seasons back
-
Playershare on twitter announcing a new player will be signing and it isnt rooney! Hoping a good centre back here!
-
If LJ does get the best out of him I think we could have one of the best players in this division.
Who will then leave on a free at the end of next season... o.O #justsaying

Pretty decent game and quite glad that it was streamed. What did you make of the trialists and squad. I thought Baxter and Clarke Harris stood out first half for me and Dayton and macdonald in the 2nd. Overall, decent performance and bring on the next! someone set up an online stream
-
Yeh, where is wes? Someone text roy!!
-
2-2 MacDonald - which sounded a cracker, anyone confirm?
-
Pretty good first half if Im honest. Dao looks good at RB, grounds playing well at LB. Montano and Schmeltz looking quick and attacking. Baxter playing superb and Clarke Harris is causing a few problems. See how this 2nd team shapes.

Having to watch it on my phone using my mobile internet, my internet just wont let me watch it with it freezing/buffering every second! Playing well, we look dangerous on the attack and midfield, plenty of pace, but defence a bit slacky, possibly with playing mellor at CB, un-natural position.
-
Decent record. Not expecting a goal scorer here but perhaps someone who could mentor Clarke-Harris/Millar and maybe additional younger strikers we sign?

A mate of mine said he saw mvoto in asda shaw at weekend - hopefully, I pray, he is in negotiations. Anyone been down to chapel road see if he is training?

How much debt do Oldham Athletic have? Who is it owed to and why? Who owns boundary park and the land around it? Does Blitz and Gazal still own us, despite them stepping down as chairmen a few years ago? What other liabilities do Oldham Athletic have? What assets do Oldham Athletic have? Where did it all go wrong in terms of the decline from the premiership era? And Finally, on a scale of 1-10 how bad are we financially? Been trying to a little research for general interest on the topic but sadly, I cannot find answers.

if you score a hatrick does that mean you get a 3 year contract? :p
If you paid 180k could you play a full 90? Or would they space it out over 9 different matches for cameo's? Not that I'm going to do it but if money wasn't an object I think I'd plump for a full 90!
And if you get injured do you get money back?
-
A fair few teams are back today. Has LJ got the lads in today for the start of pre season?
-
Well done to the club! £10 adults, £5 Concessions, unlike what I thought would be full league prices. They've given derby the large section of the RRE and closed the small section, meaning that if the club do well marketing and advertising for the first home game of the season, a decent attendance and some money in the coffers with a good atmosphere in the Chaddy and Main hopefully.

Craig Davies?

Notts County at home last game of the season for our promotion party?

If you luck up his wealth and his background, he set up and runs a world class training corporation: http://www.euromatech.com/ has tons of horses, intelligent man and apparent millionaire who seems to be interested in us. Don't know what to think but Simon Corney likes him according to MEN so who knows...

And I've just been on Derby's fan forum and they're not happy with the draw! Some are saying that they're gonna slip up at our ground probably because of seeing us beat Liverpool and draw against Everton there!
Im glad they think that. Lets hope the don't catch a whiff that Smith has gone leeds...

I'd be disappointed with 500k, simply because Trotman went for that fee after only playing a handful of games, JB is twice the player Trotman was and attacking flair players should attract a bigger fee than defenders, look at when the world transfer records have been broken, Zidane, Figo, Ronaldo and in Britain Torres, its always the attacking players. And when you consider Scott Spencer and Danny Philliskirk and also Tom Eaves went for £200k-£300k despite the first two never playing for us and Eaves only made a few appearances, then JB should be commanding a lot higher fee than those 3, seen as he's played a full season, and bagged a few goals. Also Crewe managed to get £4m for Powell when he only had one season under his belt in League 2. I'd say £1,000,000 and I think Lee Johnson can expect very little of that as Blitz will pocket the money. So because of that I hope we don't sell him.
Quite spot on. Baxter is too good for league one and would most certainly cut it at top championship level and one day premier league level. We may have the odd debt to pay (I have no idea what is owed and where) but Corney and the board should set a price tag of between 750k and 1.5 million plus a 20-30% sell on fee and other add on for the lad. Get a bidding war going! I do not want the lad going for minimal price, 500k as reported in the daily mail. Corney, Owen, the board, slap a huge price tag on him plus add on! 750k-1.5 plus 20-30% sell on fee is what I feel Is appropriate!!

WHO PUT THE BALL IN THE SCOUSERS NET!! SUPER GAZ MAC DONALD ... AND MATT SMITH

Micah Richards is too injury prone ;-) As long as they are as good as Mancini and Scapuzzi AND Harry Bunn we will be fine .............................. (cough)

He says in the interview that he is looking at 1 maybe 2 more then he is happy with what he has got. My question, within the last week, of the 3 mentioned (Loan Centre Half, Latvian kid and Adam Rooney) who is the 1 and possibly 2 signings we are going to see. We are obviously lacking at the back but I also fear upfront as well.
