  1. West stand we’ve sold 1200+ in East Stand we’ve sold 1354 which is the first allocation of tickets they gave us Got about 800 tickets left, reckon we will shift 100/200 next couple of days. Unsure on POTD atm Both stands will be packed and bouncing so fans shouldn’t worry about being in a “non-atmospheric” stand
  2. That was for general sale. For the most part it's been 2 per season card this season when on sale to season card holders. And then 4 per person when on General Sale. That's the policy. We've had few complaints. I'll take that.
  3. Good to hear, but I was a bit brash in my responses at times, so apologies we’ll genuinely take that on board. Is one for us to consider. I only started in September and this is my first time dealing with games of this “magnitude”, so nothing is being done perfectly and we aren’t going to please everyone. If it does come back to bite us, then we will live and learn from it
  4. I’ll take that on board Thanks don’t think it’ll cause issues at work though, nothing I said was slanderous or derogatory, simply had a discussion with a fan over a policy we’ve got in place. All up for that, do get what you and others are saying though
  5. Yeah I get that. Can only apologise to Eyresy if I was out of order or too full on. Was only trying to explain the reasoning behind 4 ticket per customer. Perhaps I was a bit too brash so will make sure it doesn’t happen again, you live and learn! Maybe you’re right... it’s something for me to consider
  6. Everything ive spoken about and will speak about is purely Ticket related you won’t find me commenting about anything else other than that on here
  7. Wasn’t meant as condescending. We would change it because I appreciate the point you’re making, just at the moment 4 per customer seems to suit everyone else Appreciate that I’m not breaching any social media conduct rules by posting on here though but I do get what you mean I.e being measured in my responses... I’ll make sure to be careful. Thanks for heads up
  8. Fair enough, if we get masses complaining then we’ll change it
  9. I can’t I’m hooked to the job! kidding, time for some Fifa
  10. You’re just missing my point now and being sarcastic and condescending. It’s not even negative feedback or constructive criticism. It seems like bitterness really Just for the sake of ONE family I’d do 4 tickets per customer Edit: and if you can’t see why then
  11. Least we’re consistent though? Did four general sale for all cup games so far this season, seems only right to do it for Doncaster as well
  12. Yeah you’re right... just all about the money, started at the Ticket office working for the club I love just to screw over the fans ha ha ha ha ha the families arent season ticket holders. Most season ticket holders came last week. When we were on sale to season ticket holders only. out of 3600 tickets sold you and one other person have complained. I’ll take two complaints out of the hundreds of people that have bought tickets
  13. I don’t really remember exactly, but just remember going the extra mile for a customer. Which is to be expected hence why I agree with what you said just sometimes it’s not a simple case of someone buying tickets, especially when there’s thousands of fans and only one of you Thanks for the nice words. I get they’ll always be people like that, but I’m not bothered, and I’m not fussed about “winning”. Gotta converse with all fans, even the ones that are difficult, in fact especially those ones
  14. Not just families of four, just they’re the main reason why we did it. I want kids to be able to sit with their parents. How can you argue against that? Edit: “looking after” now you’re just being condescending. Thought you was up for a genuine discussion
  15. You don’t know the circumstances of how I helped him out that being said, buying tickets for a football game should be a simple process. Hence four per customer, online availability, the twitter/facebook account where I reply to Everyone, both during work hours and out of work hours... providing constant updates. Doing all that whilst still doing the basic ticket selling and being more than accommodating to our fan base when most times we really don’t have to be
  16. Thats absolute rubbish why should young families not he not be encouraged to attend what could be a memorable game in a rare fa cup fourth round game for latics i think the young kids will remember Fulham a lot better than the Bury win
  17. Attending a game on a Saturday is a bit different to taking 3 minutes out of your day to buy tickets online or over the phone didnt have the means to do even that? Text a friend to get you one? i wouldn’t know, I was too busy doing my job to count something like that
  18. It’s not even just families... but friends of four that want to sit next to each other, or an elderly person who goes with their grandkids, an ambient disabled person who needs a carer that wants to go with their friend also, etc etc. Two per customer would create so many more problems than solutions. We have to weigh up the benefits and drawbacks, everything we do isn’t done on a whim or to screw over the fan base thanks for the the kind words mate
  19. It wouldn’t be hard. I didn’t say it would be hard, I said it would be unfair on those who couldn’t attend the forest green game but have attended all games this season. Please read my points properly otherwise I might as well be talking to a brick wall weve looked after all regular by making the tickets available online and putting on 4 per customer. Which again, like I’ve said to you multiple times, and the point you consistently keep dodging - allows families of four to sit together
  20. Thanks for the kind words Deyresy seems genuine with his queries, so I’ll be genuine with my responses and try my best to explain to him why we’ve done what we’ve done, whether or not he takes my points on board is up to him
  21. Voucher system was considered but then what about those that have attended games all season but couldn’t attend the Forest Green game? Or then we’re holding fans to ransom saying “come to this game for priority on the Doncaster game” which might have resulted in more complaints. Again, you can’t please everybody I’d rather have a family of four be able to sit next to each other than do what you’re suggesting. And there’s plenty of ways for people to purchase? We made the game available online to make life easier for fans (certainly doesn’t make life easier for us) as opposed to making fans queue up (like in the past for Liverpool x3 and Everton x2), where it would have been a lot easier for us to make fans queue up, but harder for fans who have to queue up in this freezing cold
