You seem to be comparing the cost of renameing two stands and integrating with the natives is crucial to improving our squad - it's not.

We were skint under Corney and little appears to have changed

I am really struggling to follow your chain of thought as much as you are quite obviously struggling with mine.

I was telling you which of two matters I judged substantially much more important, ie players on the pitch.

I never referred to ALs funding at all.

Not every club needs to throw money at the squad, especially in the 4th division.

I am not impressed with our new owner

Bulk of the team has been together for 2 years plus though - that's how you build a successful team. Crazy to expect a team that's been together for less than a month, with multiple injuries, to have the same levels of understanding and awareness. Give it time.

What, like about 2 years? Which league would we be in by then?

This is another really positive background move, especially for those of us who were supporting the club through the ‘pinch-me’ years. Jimmy Frizzell, Joe Royle and Boundary Park, our heritage is gradually being returned to us – by a Moroccan.  Lemsagam may not be local or even British but along with his match day support he is having a fair crack at integrating with us.

Loosely based on the ‘known’ facts he ‘appears’ to have taken us on without owning any of the land or the Joe Royle Stand and heaven knows what else. Very different from the last bailout. Experienced club owners are rarer than hens teeth. So, absolutely, Lemsagam is learning on his feet.

He has possibly put 500 on the gate for tomorrow night to boot.

The guy is doing ok, while he gets his head around the enormity of running a professional football club.

Couldnt he realise that the most mportant part of running a professional football club is to put out 11 footballers on a Saturday afternoon?

Fcuk the heritage, I want to see entertaining football. Some people are easily fooled

If a cashier at a supermarket told a customer to go and thrown shit at themselves they would be sacked.  No question.  The right and wrongs of that we can debate, but it is the reality.

What about if it was at a shit throwing competition?

Can you not see that he wanted to be sacked and move on?

    I meant 'he' move on

but I think that you should too-and avoid checking him out on twitter-both you and LeesLover

Doesn't look like we're giving him the chance to build bridges. Bizarrely enough we feel like we're good enough to cast aside a player who could be one of the divisions best.

Hopefully Bunn, Abdul and Co come crashing back down to earth once MK put 3 past us, and reconsider their decision.

I cannot believe that you got 3 downvotes because you think we will lose the first match to the title favourites

Philliskirk bags two as Fylde roll over Curzon Ashton 3-0 at the Tameside Stadium, ChaddySmoker in attendance with his box of Kleenex.

Makes a nice change that he doesnt get called back into midfield at the hour mark to cover for some wimpy feckless irish lad

I'd love to know what was in his contract. Not many chairmen give 3 year deals to players who are clapped out at 30, but I'm sure Corney knew what he was doing

If he is going to Carlisle you might get that chance to hurl abuse at him and get it all out of your system once and for all!  October 6th.

I cannot wait until Forest Green Rovers come to town
