    Even if there is any shin pads there then surely they cannot offer adequate protection.

    Just had a quick google, he's only 18 and is on loan from villa. Could be one for the future.

    They must have been miniscule then, his socks must have only been covering about a quater of his shins.

    Did anyone else notice that county's left winger, the one with the dodgy haircut, didn't seem to be wearing shin pads?

    Nope me either, could be just what he needs though. Imagine a leaner quicker Harkins, he would be unplayable.

    He was quality when he came on at Carlisle. Him and Dayton swung the game in our favour imo.

    He's the greatest player I've ever seen! In all seriousness he is quality, think in the last few games teams have had his number, which is why he hasn't been as effective. Definitely worth retaining if St Mirren are willing to deal.

    Great win, poor match. Byrom and Dayton changed it for me, as did the atmosphere second half! On another note did anyone else think Grounds throwing us his shirt was a goodbye? He was the only one to do it, could he be moving onto pastures new?

    Yeah I think Lockwood is the kind of character we need at the minute. Loved his little bust up with Mclean.

    Thought both were excellent today and have been for the last few games. Would everyone be happy with them for next season or is a bit more quality needed, a la tarkyesque?
