I've got a feeling Grays play in blue as well so it would be the logical choice.
maybe a fans fixture mini tournement us dale and grays to raise cash for cancer research ?

wasnt my idea for the shirt was bb80s on another forum but it was to good not to float
-
thoughts are with you ernie
time for an owtb ledgends shirt me thinks raise some cash for ern or cancer research or how about a blue and tangerine ribbon like for the aids awarness to do the same ?
a way for us the fans to show our support for ernie

Out of interest, has anyone ever actually been rained on in the RRE or is that just an assumption because they see that the away fans are huddled up. The main reason the away fans are huddled up near the back is nothing to do with rain, it is to do with the fact that the stand fills from the top down rather than bottom up (Johnny Ball would support me on this). If you go to away matches many tend to prefer to be a bit further back anyway so that they can stand and not get in anyone’s way. There are often people sat near the front though who would surely move to an empty seat if they were getting rained on.
to answer your question yes ive been rained on in the rre usualy sat there during the great escape season (i was one of the four who got the wave started at 4-1 )apart from one memorable game where i had to sit in the chaddy (a certain mr adams making scmicael look silly and i dont meeen the dog of corrie )yes you get a godd view but you get the sun in your eyes wind in your face & back of the seat infront in ya shins .the accoustics are good having banter over the fence with the away fans can be fun but it still does not have that same attmosphere as the chaddy the chaddy when full and on song eg leeds & hudds this season is a spine tingling place to be the rre is just a noisy stand know where i will be when the chaddy gets its new roof !
i currently sit right hand side of the chdddy end of row E edge of the chior accross the isle from leevezy & co which can be as entertaining as the game some times !

mmm..just got me thinking this.
i've read the thread regarding being from oldham, born in oldham etc...
now,i was born near cambridge.
i didn't arrive in oldham till i was about 5...old man in the RAF
all my parents/grandparents are from oldham.
do i qualify as a potential "proper" oldhamer who supports oldham,or shall i look as to what division cambridge utd play in these days and start afresh with them?
in a similar situation was born in march & moved to oldham (saddleworth )when i was 6 months old should i be looking out for cambridge or peterboro results or have i passed the naturalisation time (42years)to be a proper oldhamer ?
-
wrong! bobby once scored an own goal for fulham absolout crackerin header int chaddy ah memories lol

why is it that when i come along the M60/62 there are no signs showing the way to our ground yet go up the m6/65 and theres signs for preston blackburn and burnley .think thr idea of a sign on or around broadway would be a greatt idea how about one of those side of a trailer things in a field next to the m62 at jn21.
