  1. Absolutely. Scholes did the right thing. He flagged the issues which wont go away till AL does.
  2. Then why don't we do both. Protest and abort. I'm definitely not renewing whilst this idiot is in place. We'll end up out of the league anyway. The man is a bad egg and completely non transparent- the basis of any good business. If you are uncertain...check out the below link. For me, he will only notice the non business model before him i.e. no income. The protests will however shed light on the story for other potential investors to see. Or maybe even the landlord Simon Blitz? https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/four-key-reasons-paul-scholes-14139718
  3. I agree also nz. Looks like you have your very own "certain type of fan" base. Ha! For me what is most clear to me at this point (and certainly after Port Vale) is that the players are playing for Robbo. He has the dressing room. End of. Why risk a positive that we have at this point. It's clear we need to tweak the squad and bring in players. Why spend money on the contract of a manager rather than players when we have so little cash?
  4. Just heard the post match interview from SR. I'm taking what positives I can from it. Fair enough he doesn't use the officials as an excuse. He owns up to bollocking them (players) at half time which is what they were due, he refers to the problem of playing the ball backwards (yes sometimes it is needed for posession but far too often we've been letting teams get back this season) and he even questions his selection which at the start of the game most were happy with to be honest. First and foremost the players need to look at themselves again. There number 10 and 9 were strong players today. We need a Dale Stephens who can spread that ball effectively. Oh how we do. Fane was terrible all game and Flynn only showed up in the second half. How Fane stayed on all game I do not know. Boris would have shown him a thing or two....sorry finger or two.
  5. Sorry 4-5-1. Still. the two strikers up front was the impact needed albeit too late.
  6. What was obvious to our management before the game is that Poleon alone up front on his own doesn't work. Thats why Higdon was brought in. We've been there. So why has Dunn decided not to use that obvious intel. Where is Higdon? Fuller was the clear alternative. Not seeing any change to the :censored:e 5-4-1 at half time was frustrating to say the least. Yes Poleon needs to fight more but today it was Dunn who got it wrong and cost us. So then. Where is Higdon?
  7. Game of two halfs but I did have a quick grunt at this....the ball slowed on a couple of occasions and Forte slipped in a good position in the first half. Do we really need this much water?
  8. Absolutely bang on. I do have time for Forte and we should as he is obviously one of our better players. That is proven. However there were many examples in the game were we simply hoofed it from defence up front...and with one up front how can that work. My hope is exhausted today.
