Eardley is a great player. His radar was a little off last night but he passed several fantastic balls from side of the pitch to Taylor on the other.

Wonder if its worth him taking corners? His passes tend to be quite high in the air compared to Taylors?

I think it's safe to say that Eardley hasn't been as consistent mainly in his distribution area as he would have liked. Last night he played a number of balls that found touch in quick succession, that left him shaking his head, holding his hand up to his colleagues and motioning with his hand telling himself where he wanted to put it. The main thing is he knows this himself and is putting himself under pressure to get it right and that's probably due to the fact he's been dropped in some big games this season.

It'll come right for the lad with the right backing from the coaching staff and Shez, plus going away with his national squad traning with a better class of player (yes Wales have one or two) It's all got to be coupled with the fact he is playing in a back line that's doing a great job in terms of goals conceded, which seems to be the case no matter who's in it currently.
