Best i can come up with is a quality midfield general. This can transform a team of average journeyman into a force to be reckoned with Examples Johnstone, Bryceland and more recently Wellens. Not enough 'honest' and dare I say average pros who can gel as an effective unit whhich has always been the mantra in the better Oldham teams of previous years.
