Diego_Sideburns
With the release of the film ‘The Boat That Rocked’, the rarely wrong Chron has an article on Oldham disc Jockey Tony Prince (Tommy Whitehead). I wonder if any of our older members remember Tony Prince at the Savoy/Astoria/ Radio Caroline/Radio Luxembourg. http://www.oldham-chronicle.co.uk/news-fea...-dj-that-rocked Edited April 20, 2009 by Diego_Sideburns
Matt
I like Curtis' TV writing - but this film is the biggest pile of crap that I've ever seen, and at a running time of well over 2 hours you'll do well to keep the boredom at bay. All the tools are at his disposal like Seymour-Hoffman and Frost but they aren't used properly to be honest, it's just well, :censored:e. Oh, the Daily Star gave it 10 out of 10.
