bensonio Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 I went in work it was sunny, left my windows slightly ajar (spelling?) so my car wasnt an oven when I returned....went out on my break it was rainig so went an shut them. Went back into work after enjoying a subway meal, finished work...walked out and to my suprise and disbelief it was sunny again and alas, my car was baking hot.... Rick Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 For me this post sums up a good bit of the English (or British) psyche/culture. When we are stuck for a conversation we talk about the weather. Yet we don't really get extremes of weather in this country (but unlike others we do have 4 seasons). Yet we also like rules so at least one of the posts is moaning the fact it isn't in quite the right section. It is quite nice in Heywood at the mo, no signs of any rain- but it was looking a bit cloudy earlier. You are certainly referring to the weather - surely?
