thelaticsfan Posted August 3, 2009 Share Posted August 3, 2009 to be honest i think both club and player wanted to take a look at things, otherwise he would have never been named on the teams in the friendlies, Haining wanted a decent contract DP wanted another centre half, now somewhere along the line a compromise wasnt made, maybe DP was intterested but not at the price, they couldnt negotiate a compromise so both said lets just leave it at that, although there could be a possibility that he could do a greegs, look at other clubs, realise no one will give him that sort of money, and come back offering his services for less Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
