Dux says "Duxbury, who still congratulated his team for reaching the final, was impressed by the :Liverpool Academy players saying you could see their quality, even at that age, pointing out they are comfortable in possession and use the ball well"

 

I say:-

 

Why can't our players be "comfortable in possession and use the ball well?

 

It's down to the ability of the players BUT the quality of the coaches are as important.

 

I don't rate Dux as a good coach. A hard worker perhaps yes......

I agree.

You'd say the same about the first team too.

As I said before the game.

Their reserves should outplay our first team.

 

You have to hope that some contacts have been made/re-established and we can take a player or two on loan.
