Can anyone tell me whether the ref gave it for the first challenge (Hazell) or the second (Lee)? I bet you can't, and I bet the ref can't either, because he did it on a whim. I think you should allow play on for encroachment unless the encroaching player kicks it. If it goes in first time there's no problem, but not if the encroacher sticks it in on the rebound.
