ghostofcecere
I'm not shocked that they have asked Notts County to play them in this fixture, more that Juventus have built a stadium that only holds 41,000. Maybe our 12,000 seat one isn't so bad after all! Notts County Open new stadium

ghostofcecere
If I remember correctly the origins of Juve's black and white strip comes from the ex-pats that established the club in Turin. According to the article, Juve originally played in pink, then an ex-pat English player they had suggested they should play in the colours of his favourite team, black and white stripes. He then got his mate to arrange for some Notts County shirts to be sent over which the club then adopted.
