NewBlue Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 I hope that from the first half performance where Simpson was totally uneffective Dickov can now eradicate the idea of Simpson up front, especially alone. There were some times the ball went into the box and he was out on the wing or on the edge of the box. So basically no strikers attacking the ball. When Smith came on, although he made a few errors, he freshened the team up and did some decent things including that nice turn and shot that just went over the crossbar. The team desperately needs changing because this formation where nothing is being created for nobody up front can't go on any longer if we want to start winnig matches. I know he's young but ffs, he should be eager to get out there and stuck in and to try an earn a place in the team. :censored:ed Off isn't the word. That would require someone keeping hold of the ball until they arrived..........we don't possess such a player! ....just a load of fancy dans in psychedelic boots!
