I believe that yesterday he failed as a manager by not only losing to a very poor side but more importantly he's not learning from his mistakes. He can bleat on about performances all he wants but the fact is we've simply not won enough games Basically this. He's hasn't really progressed as a manager at all since he took over, and the worrying thing is he isn't showing any signs that he will improve or progress. As you say, he isn't learning from his mistakes. This isn't a team of world beaters we have, but it's a team of good, solid league one players who are more than good enough to beat sides like Walsall, Scunthorpe and Coventry at home. I'd love for him to turn things around but the more games we play, the more apparent it's becoming that this isn't going to happen. Anything less than a win at Crewe, and...
