How ironic that Dean Saunders left Donny to join a club who finished up being relegated whilst Donny got promoted. No doubt Paul is a very nice guy but it has to be said he is also a very poor manager. Depends, look at his first 6 months at Latics, if he could get a squad together that plays football then he'll have half a chance, needs to rely on youth over loans.
