Ross2509
Has anyone already booked train tickets to go to the Stevenage game? If anyone has could they please tell me how long the journey will be via train and also how much the return tickets will cost? Thanks! SholverBlue
Ridiculously expensive. I can't remember the price, but I nearly spat out my brew when I tried to book a good few weeks in advance on the Trainline.
opinions4u
You're looking at change from £90 and just under three and a half hours from Manchester Via Euston / Kings Cross on the Virgin link from PlayerShare WebShop. http://www.spendandraise.com/xtra/shop/retailers/?search=Virgin+trains&order=alpha&page=A Booking Rochdale to Stevenage via Leeds and Peterborough comes in at about £60 but takes 4 hours. I'd be looking at the club coach or a pub coach.
Bunty Blue
I'm looking from Leeds but can't afford the train fare (£61 was cheapest but means getting to Stevenage at 10:30!) and I suspect no coaches from here! Maybe there are some last minute deals. Fingers crossed!
longtimeblue
If you get on trainline you can still get a Saturday travel card. Earliest you can get now is 12.15 and it's anytime coming back. That's £38 then it's £20 ish from Kings Cross. You can get an earlier train than the 12.15, we paid the 11.15 but going around 9 ish. Any time travel.
