Diego_Sideburns Posted March 25, 2021 Share Posted March 25, 2021 He was a flamboyant showman on and off the field, and one of the players who played with great flair when the England team was a joy to watch during Joe Mercer's time as temporary manager. He was a big fan of Elvis and rock music generally - I saw him at a Joe Cocker gig in Sheffield. The goal he scored against Ipswich for Bolton in 1979 was fantastic.
