There is a lot of stuff there - particularly on "reserved matters" and the golden share that has been informed by clubs like your own and the way that their owners have acted in recent times. There is also a lot proposed there on supporter representation which will have profound implications for Supporters Trusts. Ms Crouch has committed a good few people to do a lot of work over the Summer Recess on regulation and finance distribution in particular, so it will be interesting come October to see : what is added how the Leagues and the FA react in particular, how the Government reacts.
