As someone who was involved in writing my own Trust's evidence, and that of the FSA, I am obviously completely biased. But the game in this country is utterly broken and the three main ruling bodies show no signs of being able to identify, let alone agree, the wholesale reform that is needed. Ms. Crouch's proposals are well thought through and would be the biggest piece of re-engineering the game has seen, certainly since 1992, and probably ever.
