Inspiral_Carpet Posted October 16, 2007 Share Posted October 16, 2007 The Scotland and North East Branch "Official" Train on Saturday will be the 09.40 service from York which will arrive into Huddersfield at 10.27. Regular GNER services are available from Edinburgh; Newcastle; Durham and Darlington which should enable you to meet the connection in York should you want to come along. We'll then be getting a taxi (or taxis) to support the OWTB Team playing against The Net-Terriers. After the match, the plan is to watch the WC Final in York. Jorvik_Latic will be our guide. It is anticipated that some alcohol will be partaken should the opportunity arise. If anyone wants to join us at some stage but can't make the 09.40 train, then PM me and we can arrange to meet somewhere at some stage - more than likely, it will be a pub!
