Manager are generally divided into Visonaries Detail accounts/process types Peopel people Entrepeneurs (the ones most likely to get sacked for speaking out BTW!) And ALL are needed in an organisation. Though they tend to group together Seems to me, and a complete guess without knowing them, that Barry and Simon fall inot the detail guys. Picking up on your great comment 0000about being sold the dream (alon with the vision by Lookers87) that we need the visionary in the set up Is that Alan? I see your point but I think its probably a lot to ask of Alan at the moment. I have a lot of time for Alan. Anything I ask him usually gets a good and frank answer. Can't ask for more than that. The Club has acknowledged that PR matters could have been handled better in the past, and that’s why Anna Kocerhan has been appointed as Project Manager for the stadium proposals. She is a respected specialist in developing sustainable strategies for local sports clubs, and a grant-aid expert and consultant to the Football Foundation. I presume she will be organising the exhibition of the draft plan and the gathering of public representations on the proposals, before the plan is finalised for the planning application stage. Fair point Diego... I suppose with the current silence and little word from her on the official site / press, it is easily forgotten... I know this might sound like a TTA outer, anti Barry, sack DP, which I hope you realise I am none of. But since the appointment support for the stadium seems to have dropped along with our league position (not entirely a coincidence in my view) I just think we don't have a momentum. I believe it needs someone with vision to inspire everyone about the new stadium. It patently has not worked so far, maybe Alan with his Marketing background can help in that regard. We can't blame Anna for our league position. Her job will be seen to start with the unveiling of the draft plan. Alan is working part-time whilst recovering, and couldn't possibly have the energy needed to promote the proposals to all interested parties.
