Have we not got any ‘in the know’ lads any more?

That DMaarms fella on Twiter who has a good record as put this

I'm told that the departure of a director today was NOT a club decision. One senior member of staff has thrown out some serious, and untrue, allegations about the reaction to the appointment of our new Head Coach. The empire is crumbling. #oafc

whatever the reaction is Christ knows

Let's not forget btw tomorrow is April the first either this is part of the most elaborate April fools joke of all time.

Infact it would be amazing banter if we were to announce we were in administration on April the 1st and fucking mean it.

I remember when they did that under Corney one year - didn’t go down well 🤣

Of course there is another possible motive to Barry leaving at his request or otherwise - get away from the mess and be available to swoop in with his “experience” if we get new owners

Looking at this more objectively we all know it would have to take something pretty major for Barry to walk away or even be pushed as he seems to like being on the board of directors this looks abit different to the usual sackings that have been going on and imply something far worse than what we have seen in the past few years.

My spidey senses are telling me that the shit is really hitting the fan here and the walls are closing in fast.

That was exactly my thoughts too

very glad he’s gone but at what cost?

Neville proves himself to be a tool again...

When he first went into punditry I really liked him and found him a breath of fresh air

Hes become another Alan Shearer believing in the smell of his own excrement

    Wrong!

Both were given more than one deadline Bolton met their final deadline

Bury were given an extension to their final deadline to get a takeover through and it collapsed. Hence they got expelled from the EFL

Their was no favouritism from the EFL on this.

“Final” deadline is an oxymoron - I miss the first at work and I’m in the shit

Both clubs deadlines were extended on more than one occasion.

so to say Bolton survived because they met a deadline is not the case

Both clubs missed deadlines Bolton were given more chances than Bury

    or Macclesfield

if either the latter had been in the Premier League this century they wouldn’t have gone either

That simply incorrect Bolton didn't go the way of Bury and Macclesfield because they were set a deadline for the takeover and it was met before the final deadline. Bury and Macc were set final deadlines for a takeover and it wasn't agreed.

Weren't Bolton at the exact same death knoll as Bury but given extra time whereas Bury were not?

l call ignorant, half baked, attention seeking bullshit.

Hamer, Tarky, Emmerson, Edmndson all far better than average and didn't take 40 years to come through.

lf l could be arsed l'd remember loads more, but you don't actually mean it and proving you wrong has become repetetively tedious.

our return on them is a bit naff though- Peterborough make millions off their academy
