  1. Option one contains all the "essentials" that the club needs to survive (within the application that we have been granted is a new 5,200 seater stand, conferencing and banqueting facilities (extra ££££), club facilities and lettable office space (££££), which the club will have had to demonstrate the funding for this project before it can be passed, it has a loose connection to phase two in the greater corporate plan of the club, but not for the regeneration of the stadium

Option two gives the club finances to give it some "extra toys"

this contains the extra dwellings for resale to finance the phase two of the project, which will be in about 9 months time....

I really hope that is correct but i was under the impression that option two had to be approved for option one to go ahead and looking at the official site so was the webmaster at the club

  2. they will get the go-ahead ,as one of thse idiots is a oldham rugby fan (one of the councillers wore a Roughyeds shirt

how do you know he voted against the latics one???

dont get this rugby v football thing if you ask rugby fans they would say the council has a biase towards latics, its the tools running this town that are shafting us, what we need more than ever is unity any fan of professional sport in this town should be banging the doors down in the civic centre right now, personally i fancy throwing a few bricks through the windows now!!!!

  3. must of blinked when that happened..... we finished 6th in the league though, and over the last few weeks had more goals scored against us cause the back 4 were caught napping.... hardly awe inspiring is it??? not much to build on either..

not that i have answers either..........just stating that he's not what some people make him out to be...

Totally agree about gregan not rated him since the day we signed him, he may be better with a pacy centre half next to him but our defense hasn't looked good since xmas I think the 1st game he played after signing the contract was at scunthorpe and apart from swansea away we haven't put in much of a decent performance since, but i suppose we should remind ourselves we are a league one club and if we want defenders who dont make mistakes, have pace and can pass we may have a long wait.

Think wellens will go if a championship side comes in and who can blame him, not so sure about porter any club that gets him will have to pay a fee and why would anyone want to pay decent money for a player that has only really been fit for 4 months out of the last 24 i still think he may end up with us for another 12 months, if he does go and we get reasonable money he is replaceable.

Cant make my mind up about haining much like gregan for me too slow and to prone to stupid errors but stam is never fit so can we afford to get rid.

Anyway i'm cheering blackpool on in the final , simply because i dont want to sit in that windy, wet, dump of a stadium next year.

  4. Yes but they have several cameras to look at, there is usually only one at BP...

just needed another pair of eyes for that one, its goal line technology anyway i am fairly sure if they introduce it, it wont consist of one camera in a stand

  5. I've voted yes but, as Sheephead says, it's gotta be affordable for all levels of pro football otherwise our league will be further regarded as "2nd class football" in comparison with the Premiership.

think its a very easy answer if you have just watched match of the day
