I wonder if, in about 15 years, there will be ISIS terrorists with seats in UK Parliment and even inside government like what happened with the IRA and sectarian/so-called Loyalist terrorists. I mean, the UVF and UDA are now at the centre of power. Very worrying for everyone.

    had to ftfy.

    it's been a while.

  2. What a stupid, pointless post.

Oh, come on. Every one of your posts is pointless. You spend half your time mouthing off, giving abuse, trying to be clever by putting people down, usually with a mouthful of abuse. You think you're both clever and funny when you're actually a total gob:censored:e. You're a sad dick, but i'm sure you're a legend in your own offensive lifetime.

Yes, it is a pointless post because you're such a knob who takes delight in your own brand of utterly simplistic abuse. Do you actually realise how you come across? I doubt it. You seem to think you're quite clever. That's very sad. I feel sorry for you. A psychiatrist would make a fortune out of you, but i doubt you can afford one.

  3. I see in the Chron tonight our fans are compared to Northern Ireland's green and white army, Robinson regularly tells us he has worked with many of players in the Northern Ireland set up, he sets us up like Northern Ireland.......and worst of all he has the Northern Ireland " we are underdogs but doing well mentality"

Why don't we just play in green and be done with it?

Because we'd devolve into a bunch of bitter and twisted sectarian bastards?

  4. Bring back Kelly? What a :censored:in stupid thing to say.

Really?? Because what we've got is so much better. It was a total coincidence that the midfield was always better with with than without him. Dickheads didn't rate him because they couldn't appreciate his overall contribution. So he became a fall guy for the simpletons. You'd have to be :censored:ing thick to not understand his ability and to think what we've got is anywhere near as good.

    Oh, wait...sorry.

  5. I'd go and get John Coleman from Accrington if Robinson does go after Saturday (Tommy Rowe will tear us a new one in centre mid I promise you that!)

He works on the smallest shoestring budget in the league and always churns out some quality young players.

His teams whilst conceding, also score plenty.

However would he even want the job?!

  6. Lose this one and it's season over, apart from the customary relegation battle......interesting to see what Corneys reaction would be to a defeat.

As usual he'll probably have a go at the fans for their lack of support!!

My guess he couldn't care less, apart from the financial side of things.

I'm going to make a ridiculous prediction. I never say we'll win, ever. However, Donny's focus is on the league. They won't be up for this game, especially when they realise it's being played in a cemetery. So, i reckon we won't lose or draw.

  7. How about this team?

    1. Hallworth

    2. Irwin

    3. Barlow

    5. Barrett

    6. Jobson

    7. Adams

    4. Henry

    10. Milligan ©

    11. Holden

    8. Ritchie

    9. Bunn

    Formation 4:4:2

Pick any subs you like from:

    Rhodes

    Warhurst

    Fleming

    Palmer

    Redfern

    Marshall

I'm pretty sure they would hammer our current team, even now!! ⚽️⚽️⚽️

That's actually more satisfying than any of the above sexual suggestions.

    Orgasmic.

  8. Latics no 9 sounds promising...City's no 10 too...

Ronnie...true legend. Hard. Very hard. not in the same way as your no.9 and no.10. Yet, not dirty. And no clogger.

My mate played left back for the school. He was an Arsenal fan, but after i took him to Oldham he decided to model himself on Ronnie.

Ronnie looked 53 when he was 23...or was that me being (very) young?

  9. A very consistent player was Paul, week in week out you got a 7 out of 10.

Many managers would prefer that type of player than those who play well 1 game in 10.

At the moment of the outfield players only Peter Clarke is in that category.

I understand your point. Very consistent. Always put in a shift. But seven? not for me. A grafter with no flair, skill, creativity. He'd do well with the current manager. He was 5-6 for me. Not in the same class as Palmer, Adams, Ward, Valentine, Redfearn etc.

  10. couple of observations,

    reckford and fane are useless.

    over and out.

ps the blame for this mess lies firmly and squarely at the feet of one man,and it isn't the manager.

The self righteous brothers will get you for this one. There's only f and it's in his first name - :censored:ing Reckord

  11. Let's face it, as far as the midfield goes, they're all :censored:ing :censored:. different levels of :censored:? perhaps, but they're all :censored:. Bring back Kelly. He looks quality compared to this lot. As for palmer, he looks world class against this shower.

I wouldn't even bother arguing with each other. They're all :censored:. :censored:, :censored:, :censored:...:censored:ing :censored:!!!!!

  12. I blame Kaiser Wilhelm.

Yes. that bastard really :censored:ed up the best team (i.e. came closest to winning the league) we've ever had. We'd have won the league and gone to dominate football and the entire area. the whole of east greater Manchester would've been ours but for that bastard with his expansionist intentions.

Can't blame Warnock. We were on the way out. Once we were relegated we were screwed. Nothing to fund a return or stop the rot. I blame the failure to invest in the club's infrastructure, generating income streams, when we had the chance, and the failure to sell the club when we were actually sell-able (to then attract the investment without having to sell players all the time). So, back to John Willie and his piss poor beer. Then Moore....and then we had the promise of being saved, but without the investment needed to really move forward.

  13. Owner - lack of sustained investment and some piss poor short term decisions.

Players - too many are :censored:.

    Manager - boring.

Steve Evans - what's he up to? wonder if he's made up his mind about the job

Moore - bastard. we never moved forward after that.

People of Oldham for their long term underwhelming support. Even when we were successful, many gazed down the road

Stott and JW Lees for failing to really take the club forward when we had the opportunity, preferring instead to keep to the old policy of being a selling club.

Point - it all depends on perspectives, short, medium, long, very long.

  14. well, that was an exercise in stating the bleeding obvious. Entertain, excite and maybe even win games = higher attendances.

I'm not knocking the club for trying. Fair play, but we all know the core reason for staying away = we're bored :censored:less. The only way to really break the cylce is long term investment. Again, obvious.

That said, i am really bored with the PL. It is seroiusly stifled :censored: for very large ticket prices. Perhaps i'm getting old.......

  15. Why aren't the Bolton players tired? it's their third game in 9 days, including 2 local derby's and a trip to Millwall, yet they all still look full of running?

Because they've paid the ref to get soft penalties?

    Or they're just fitter?

Some people think that all footballers are somehow capable of the same levels of physical fitness. They're obviously not. We have a prime example. actually, we might have several prime examples.

  16. It doesn't need to be at this moment in time. Us mugs have already paid our money and that particular stream of income won't be effected until next may.

It's short term thinking once again

Still, it's a good opportunity to tell them the football is very boring/:censored: and has been for a while, and that's why people aren't going.

Plus, you can tell them that what we really need is long term investment and stability.

Oh, and the most sheltered stand in the ground is no longer available.

They wanted my opinion, and they've got it. You should all do the same.
