    Same happened to me - I had to re register 

     

    i cant go today due to writing my car off this week so re registered my free account to try the VPN option - will not be happy if my paid account doesn’t work when I try later

    That feeling walking into the Chaddy with my dad, then up at the back on the wooden steps at my dads favourite spot behind that wall above the old tunnel. Seeing the pitch, hearing all the shouts etc. Magical. I hope he remembers it in a way I do, although I know the experience is very different now. 

     

    What are other people’s memories of their first visit to BP? 

     

     

     

    1991 against Sheff Utd at home. So I missed the promotion and the cup final and started just before our plunge through the leagues. Always thought we drew the game 1-1 but according to Wiki we won        2-1.  My memory being a woman in front of me getting really annoyed at 7 year old me who’d realised shouting as loudly as you can was allowed at football matches ?

    You can buy a match pass each game - it’s about a fiver (or your countries equivalent)

    As far as I’m aware only non Saturday games are available to all.

    It’s forum, sometimes we agree, sometimes we don’t. That’s the whole point isn’t it? 

     

    It never ceases to amaze me people’s reactions to when somebody disagrees, or has the termerity to dare question a signing. 

     

    Hopefully he rips it up. But I don’t think he will. 

     

    I give up as well. 

     

     

     

    It’s probably that a lot of our fan base are just massively negative and depressive for the sake of it...

     

    i dont know if he will be any good but I’m willing to at least watch a game with him in before filling the bath and whipping out the razor blades

    He’s not a young lad who we are dismissing before seeing him play. He was at Bury for six months the season before last and played 3 times. He was very overweight, and immobile.

     

    He’s then ‘ taken a break from football’ for a year. An now he’s signed for a league two side. His career has only gone one way. 

     

    He’s dining out on being decent 8 years ago. Another Micheal Ricketts. 

     

     

     

    The only thing that looks overweight in his interview are his biceps

    Both Frankie Bunn and Andy Rhodes have been involved with, and massively respected at higher ranked clubs than ours. Neither strike me as the type to be dictated to.

     

    maybe, just maybe they see Byrne and Gerrard as bellends they’d rather do without?

    I'm curious - would you support a player-lead strike over the failure to pay wages that aren't much higher than the average man and woman in Oldham?

     

    Considering a lot of people's lives are connected to the football, from office staff, players right through to the supporters we ought to know when things aren't working. If you're not eager to know if the club is being poorly ran it says more about you then owt else.

     

    A company social media policy signed up to by an employee of any company these days determines what you can say on social media - Laticd just don’t seem to employ it

     

    social media aside, Gerrard arrogantly parking his Range Rover in the permit holders only section across from the club then bombarding the traffic warden (like it or not doing his job) with eggs and kicking his scooter over 2 seasons ago leading to police involvement (restorative justice saved his blushes) in tandem with his tweets and new information abusing a fan wanting his photo he’s a wanker - Clarke could be double amputated at the knee and I’d have him over the scouse gob shite any day
