Anyone got any tips? I'm a 24 yr old male and I'm searching for Car insurance but i refuse to pay ridiculous money. Anything under £1800 would be great. I have pass plus too.
Any tips anyone??
Thanks in advance!!
I used confused.com. First insurance i've had in my own name too (23 yr old male) so was expecting a ridiculous amount. I got quite a good rate around £1,100 from Admiral and Elephant.co.uk (they are sister companies, so you will get similar quotes), than the ridiculous £2,500 upwards the rest were offering.

see taylor has crept on the bench i wonder wether its the decent one or the crap one from last season
I'd hope the decent one now he knows he has competition and his place is under threat by Alessandra..

I've got a feeling we might nick it on penalties tonight. I'm going for 1-1 after extra time, Hazell with the goal.
+1

Prediction league now open and is available in the Prediction League sub-forum by clicking here.
Please take a moment to read the rules in the forum at the top of the page.
For the regulars, rules and scoring are exactly the same as last year. All you need to do is enter your predicted score, Latics' first scorer (or "no scorer" if you think we will draw a blank) and the attendance in the relevant game prediction thread.
You can now place your predictions for the season opener against Tranmere by clicking here
Good Luck!

So when and where do we put em in? The prediction thread seems to be lifeless atm
Bare with me folks. Just sorting it out now..

me my bro and Masked Owl got told to leave a pub down the road because thugs had heard we was in there . Luckily the landlord escorted us out of the back door
-
dont know but the fullback scored
Was it the same fullback we had on trial who played against PNE?
-
it was the old fashionedness that Royle noticed aswell lol
Probably attracted Frizzell to the job too..
-
Lets just hope our curse doesn't effect this season after last season's sponsorship of Rob Purdie..

Sorry to threadjack, but can someone tell me how to cancel mine?
Can do it on the My Account section. Have to give a month's notice though.
I usually sign up for direct debit at £3.99 a month. When I don't use it as much I cancel the subscription.

Thought Leta showed promise, but needs to stay onside more.

At the game today I was told that the club have accepted bids from 3 Prem teams. They have been left to fight it out between them who wants him the most !!
Let the bidding war commence
Good fee for him plus a lot of add ons.
Also found out we will be bringing in a strong fast striker this week. Someone who currently plays his football in the North East.
Kazenga Lua Lua?...

I was impressed with the trialist. Worth a 6 month contract imo.
I agree. Be on a cheap wage too.
-
I'm positive that there are a few people who know why this happened - and seeing that he's not at the club anymore, I don't know why it should matter. However, I've been told that during one of his surgery appointments there were "serious complications" and surgical issues of a "life threatening" nature.
He shouldn't have played at all.
Good luck Pawel. It didn't turn out the way any of us had hoped, anyroad - nieważne powodzenia.
EDIT: I agree it was good business in the end by Latics, though.
Definitely.
If this premier league youngster comes in on loan and with what we already have, I don't think he will be massively missed. He'd have only gone for nothing after this season if he wanted to go.
-
With Eaves not coming on is that a sign he will be sold next week or we protecting him for Tranny????
Think its more good thinking by Dickov.
Created interest with his Hat-trick midweek, Cue premierleague clubs sending their scouts. I imagine he left him out to have him ready for Tranmere but also so the scouts go back to base with nothing to report meaning a reduced liklehood of further attention/bids before the season starts.

You can read the main story here - BBC Wesbite
Sorry if someone has already mentioned this story but i thought i should bring it up, especially the bold line in the quote
Happenned towards the end of last season when he was stalling over a contract. - http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/page/NewsU...2041001,00.html
-
If we can get £75k for Abbott then excellent. If he doesn't want to be here, he'd only go next year for nothing when his contract is up.
By him going though, it makes me think that Eaves will be here for the next season and Dickov believes he still has another season in him.

Yeah same every week. Always one of the 'safe' ones that shafts me.
