Am nowhere near oldham and i'm trying to get my tickets via phone...it either rings out or is engaged.....is anyone having any luck or am i going to have to arrange someone to go down and get them for me?

We were unspectacular but dogged and the Preston players will have hated playing us. We're missing Reid though as we looked toothless going forward, particularly on the counter. BUT we got in their faces and could have nicked it at the end. PNE will do precisely nowt this season. Special mention for super Wes.

Great, raucous support from the Tics. I was sat with the Preston fans and had to make do with having a mini epileptic fit in my seat when we made it three all while you lot all got to go mental. Jealous.

I'm just praying none of my mates watch this (they're all Blackburn or Burnley fans). It's going to be so depressing/embarassing how empty the ground is. It was bad enough for the Tranmere game last season but this will be truly awful. For all the fantastic ideas on here to fill the ground (at least a bit more) and the response....making it Category B.

I do believe the club tries hard but things like this just make me despair. Category B. FFS.
