What an absolute :censored:.

 

Showed no talent as a footballer whatsoever and spent the whole game trying to get someone sent off, and eventually succeeded! Ran down the tunnel at the end but is sure to get his deserved red card when the footage is reviewed. What a complete waste of space this guy is. I never wish injury on a player but he certainly deserves it.

I recently bought the new training top and found that it is a very small fitting, so much so I had to take it back and get the next size up. Just wondering if the actual home shirt is the same small fitting as I'm looking to buy that soon aswell...

There are quite a few footballers who are absolute bellends but most of them I'd love in my team. Lee Hughes is definitely one of them!

Telling people not to complain is like saying everyone should just be happy with everything and to keep quiet. At the end of the day people have their opinions and as this is a forum, are completely entitled to air it. People moaning about people moaning, can no one see the irony?

I sympathise with your situation, I really do, but the club's not a charity. The only way it could offer a scheme like this would be if it was subsidised (at least indirectly) by the paying fans.

 

At the end of the day, football is entertainment and when times are tough, you cut your cloth accordingly. Would you expect discounted meals out/cinema tickets/gig tickets because you're unemployed?

No but I'm not loyal to any of that like I am to Latics. Just as a side point, bury have a £10 ticket for the unemployed when we play them last away game so clubs do do it! Like I said, if they offered a cut price season ticket I could probably stretch to get one then at least they would get some money out of me. They should look at it as would they rather have some money from me or nothing at all?

I would renew but I'm Skint. Lost my job just after I'd bought this season's season ticket and haven't found a job since. The club should offer people like me who have been going since I was old enough, a deal but I won't hold my breath. The club could get something out of my or they can get nothing and lose yet another fan. Option 2 is more likely, shame really. Either way they won't be getting £300 from me!

Think it's incredibly harsh to say smith is :censored:, how can you possibly judge someone who mostly only plays for 10 minutes of a game?? He needs a run in the team and until that happens it's pretty impossible to judge how good he could be.

A Colchester player shot but sliced it horribly, the ball was heading out for a throw in when the ballboy decided to come on the pitch to get it! Luckily he didn't actually touch the ball! He hardly moved for the rest of the half and he didn't make a return in the second half.

What was he doing???

Thought he was one of the best referees we've had for many years. Let the game flow whenever was possible and didn't give free kicks for silly little niggles. A lot of the tackles that went in today would have been given as free kicks by anyone else. And he gave us a pen! Won't be disappointed if I see him at bp again!
