    Fair enough if you think the club don't need fans who pay full price every week and put more money into the club over the season than the sacred season ticket holders do. I bet people were saying that when we had a core of 5000 a few years back and now it's down to 3000. "We don't need fans like you" will be on the gravestone of the club when it dies.

    Ok so after consideration, it appears I have got this one wrong. I understand the club is, at the end of the day a business and were right to charge people. I think some of the reaction off people on here has been over the top but I guess my reaction to the club charging for bacon butties was too. I realise that it was good of the club to do this in the first place. My apologies.

    How about costing fans hundreds even thousands of pounds every season to watch the :censored:e that's dished up? But obviously that doesn't matter as long as the club is making money. :censored: the fans.

    Yes! It would just be a nice gesture to the fans queuing up in the freezing cold to get a ticket to watch a team of footballers who get paid far too much. I don't want to make a big deal out of it, it just would have been nice to know that the club doesn't just see everything as a money making opportunity!

    No such thing when I was queued up from 8 o clock! Was happy with the bacon butties and hot chocolate being served though, although did they really have to charge people for them??

    The weather forecast for Saturday is for temperatures to drop to -6. If the brentford game was to get called off, what would happen in regards to the vouchers??

    So what some people are basically saying is that unless you have a season ticket, you are not a proper fan and not deserving of a Liverpool ticket?? Even though people like me who pay on the gate every game will undoubtedly be putting more money into the club over the course of the season. Even when I had an ST I hated the "I'm a better fan than you" mentality of so many other ST holders.

    This is the first season for approx 15 years when I've not had a season ticket because the funds weren't there at the time. I've paid £20 on the door every home game this season and I was at forest. Will I be rewarded for that? Probably not.

    Pride is more important to me than money. That's the main thing I hate about modern football, it's all money money money.

    Really wouldn't want united or city. Why would I want to see us get battered off a team I despise and then have to put up with the armchair bastards rubbing my face in it?? Really don't understand the obsession with wanting to play either of the Manc scum!
