I don't have the inclination to read the whole thread, but here is my take on booing. Booing during the game is just not on, and counter productive to winning the game. By all means, boo away when the final whistle is blown and let the players know what you feel about their performance.

How many points out 21 do we think Scunny will get , doubt it will be more than 10. We would then need 9 points from 9 games , with superior goal difference .

I don't think Crystal Palace were worried when in the first season on the premier league they were 8 points clear, with only 3 games left to play for Oldham. It isn't over until we are mathematically safe ;

On fixtures and goal difference we should scrape through and stay up but the emptiness of character in the team suggests that it will be harder that just a few simple fixtures.

 

Bring back the FA Cup character and we're sorted, league character and we're struggling.

This why I may not watch another game this season. I started, out this season, watching a few games with the 'lets see how it goes mentality'. Gradually, the' I couldn't give a monkey' attitude settled into the players mindset in my opinion. Then the Liverpool game, I didn't go for the reasons outlined above. A great performance and I was back on board for both Everton games. Then, the bad attitude of players gradually returned. The most annoying thing is, we know they can do it. I'll be back this season IF the majority of players start to give it their 100% again. As a fan, that is all I ask.

Row 3. Disappointed really. Appears they are only lower tier to begin with.

Closer the action to celebrate with smith when he scores an injury time winner. I'd be happy with that ;

Tickets on sale for season tickets holder on Saturday 9-1pm so no good for me. I'll be queuing early doors on Sunday then. With something like 2.5k season ticket holders, and only one ticket per season ticket holder, there will be plenty left ;

Does anybody know when the Everton tickets go on open sale? I've tried to call the club on several occasions, but they have no interest in answering the phone.

He doesn't want the job on a permanent basis, how many times has this got to be said. Although even that is questionable now, because when asked would he accept the job if offered, he replied he would have to give it some serious thought. I'm very much for offering TP the job until the end of the season.

What is the consensus. Do we think this game will be televised?

After being starved of any type of cup run for years before last season, I am hoping Kudos is playing its part and we beat Everton on Sudden death penalties More likely we will lose 4 - 0, but that is what we thought in 2008

Lapsed Oldham fan. After attending just a handful of home games this season, and being disappointed by a lack of passion and desire, I decided last minute to go. What I witnessed was an amazing effort, and all I really ask from the team. I'll be attending the next home game in anticipation.

I am not a season ticket holder, or a voucher holder. I have been to half a dozen games this season. I live in Manchester and there is no way I'll be able to get down to the club for a ticket. Do you think I will have a problem over the phone as I don't have a local address?

Also, does anybody when tickets will go on open sale? I would hate to miss the game.

Maybe not on a permanent basis, but I am sure who would consider until the end of the season. If the new manager isn't in place before the next league game and we go ahead a win it, then I would offer the job to Philliskirk until the end of the season. I don't care who keeps us in league one, as long as we do.

The team playing well? It's one game!!

Oh I know. However, friends who went today said there was a marked improvement. If I was Simon Corney I might just be temped to see what the current set-up can do in the next league game. Make it a win, then just maybe leave things how they are until the end of the season.

With our first league win in 10 games, the team playing well, new signings and Furman coming back, why not wait until the end of the season before appointing the new manager? Don't rock the boat while everything is going wel, comes to mind, and let the current management team navigate us to safety.

Just a thought.

So far i cant see that anyone has discussed this. Every year there is always a team that charges into the top 6 and likewise 1 always drops into relegation zone. On current form is that team us? Whilst i admire dickov for attempting to play good football, when does he push the button and grind out points, as of yet he appears to stubborn to do this.

No I am forcing my point home as I do not agree with anything you have said. Everyone has the right to speech. However, there are exceptions to this as stated in the paragraph above. Being racially abusive is one of them. Therefore, he was was right to be charged and punished. Although I do agree a prison sentence was harsh.
